Braefield, Claudy
Completed in 2002, Braefield was the location where Devine Homes completed a development of 60 properties, a combination of detached and semi detached homes.

Wide selection
The development was quite diversified and size of homes went from 1600 sq ft to around 2700 sq ft. When the first homes at Braefield were sold the starting price was £62,800, which was certainly certainly a great investment opportunity.

Seeking to ensure the properties had a unique style on the exterior, Devine Homes chose to build the Braefield properties using an Old English Russett brick, which made the properties look more modern than the bricks other builders were using at the time.

Broagh Village in Castledawson is a superb development of just 67 luxury detached, semi-detached and townhouse properties, which is just in the final stages.
